有哪位高手读过D.H.Lawrence的Give Her a Pattern? 这个具体怎么翻译呢? 给她个典范? 给她榜样? 还是给她方式??谁能译得更文一点呢??
有谁有这个全译文啊?麻烦贴出来参考下啊~~~

没有读过这篇小说，个人觉得“Pattern”这里应该译为“模式”。按Lawrence一贯的风格，标题大意应是讲女性社会地位之低，需要教会她们一个“模式”，使她们依照男权社会意志而生活。
下面是在Google上找到的一段文字：

“today, a woman should be accepted for whatever pattern she chooses to live by, since we've yet a way to go to see beyond to the actual Human being. sometimes things have to be presented with a Pattern before we will accept them at heart and discover the Human being within.”

我觉得是“给她一种示范”听起来自然些。D.H.劳伦斯作品是很讲究措辞的，翻译的马虎一点就会失色很多啊。
