The answer must view the problem from a different angle.
In African countries ,the unwed teenage mothers only face economic pressure.
But that pressure sometimes make people feel that what difficulties and hardships the llife is.
To the East,teenage mother who doesn't married not only have economic pressure but also have the pressure which comes from ethics.

The promotion of use of condoms
I think that promote people's educational level is key.

But all the mother have standed physical plight.
In African countries,the economic pressure is worse than any other country.
They give birth to many babies.So they have to spend more money and energy on her baby.So they become more and more privation.So they don't have enough money to go to school.So more baby produced.
To this situation I only could express sympathy.

少数民族语言也是外语呀,比如朝鲜族就是朝鲜/韩国语,哈萨克族的哈萨克语.
